A large part of remaining healthy is identifying the root causes of sickness and making simple, but important, lifestyle changes. That’s where Health Solutions at Work comes in.
How S.O.A.P works
Health Solutions at Work focuses on addressing health issues before the illness occurs. Our proprietary S.O.A.P method involves a four-step process:
Step 1 – Subjective reporting
The first step gathers feedback and data from the employee base of your company. Using our anonymous web based “Talk- Back” survey, employees let us know what health and wellness issues are of importance to them. The Talk- Back survey features three primary areas of concern including colds & flu’s, back pain and overall fitness & wellbeing.
What you can expect from this step: Report on the health profile of the organization from an employee point of view.
Step 2 – Objective reporting
In step two, HSW conducts a walk through of your organization. Through objective analysis HSW prepares recommendations designed to improve employee health, fitness and productivity.

Step 3- Analysis
HSW carefully analyzes the data collected from steps one and two and as an outcome of this analysis prepares a report and recommended plan of action designed to address and remedy areas of concern.
What you can expect from this step:
The identification of potential areas of risk for the individual employees and the organization.
Step 4- Plan
Step four is where HSW brings everything together and provides a detailed recommended plan of action for your organization. This plan will include recommendations based upon our findings as well as a strategy for implementation. This information is then presented to your employees in an informative and entertaining health & wellbeing seminar. For this event, HSW principals Bryce Wylde and Bruce Krahn create a customized 2 hour presentation designed to educate and motivate your employees to implement the changes and recommendations that are based upon HSW findings.
